🤣 its not funny, but. Great writing. The thing I love about reading articles like this is. The author feels like me. It’s crazy but amazing. We’re different people indifferent places with different lives and experiences. Yet we relate. I have anxiety. I think things as they are now is fucked up. Buffoons run the show. We will write it right. A game I play is the ‘day before it happened.’ Find where the problem started, in time, say 21st November 1984 at 08:49 am. Go to 3 days before the event and meditate there. Re-choose what happens. It’s your past, you decide how it will be. Create a new scenario. Go left instead of right, avoid the situation. Phew, what a relief 😅 Dodged a bullet there... see you in the next ‘letter’

Hi Thom.

I have high anxiety myself and love the image of putting down the cactus I'm hugging. I'm going to add it to my bag of tricks. Right about now I need as many as possible. Thank you for the lovely way you express your interesting thoughts!

There’s a delightful little children’s book that I once got for Kalia called “Nobody Hugs a Cactus.”
